Yes, I finally have a (realistic) website. I finally decided I needed somewhere to talk about all the things I was working on so I didn't keep getting asked about them everywhere I go

Over all 15 year's experience in Information Technology with more than 2+ year in Project Management.
Went through several iterative processes of SDLC's for several Projects/Programs and applied Waterfall & “Agile & SCRUM” methodology.
Worked with building Project Management policies & guidelines, Change Management, Support models & SLA's.
Worked with couple of instances of implementing Hardware Infrastructure migration including Application/Database Servers, Wireless & RF from Oversees to US.
Worked with Local, Offshore & Hybrid development model.
Worked with both "Time & Material" and "Deliverable" based model to best judge the solution delivery model.
Worked in both private and public sectors to understand the advantages, challenges & holistic approach towards delivering solutions best to fit each environment.
